  Phil Baca- Partner

 Phil obtains an extensive resume and years of experience in the audio visual, music and recording industries and is part of our experienced team. His career began at the age of 16, as musician in a local band. From there his career in the music industry evolved to where he has performed as a musical entertainer playing drums, bass guitar and as a vocalist in the local Spanish and Gospel music industries. Phil also began to provide audio services for various functions around town. In addition to his experience as a musician, Phil has been a recording engineer and producer for local artists for 30+ years. Phil expanded his career and began working in the audio visual industry and obtains previous experience as an audio visual director (16+ years) in addition to experience over the entire audio visual operation from set up, tear down, customer service and all the in betweens. Phils extensive experience of working with various organizations, businesses, and individuals in addition to his professional customer service skills is what has made Phil successful and a valuable asset to the company. Phil is one of the founding members of Crossroads Enterprises, LLC that is the parent company of Heritage Audio Visual.


Matthew Gutierrez- Partner

Matthew is co-founder and co-owner of Crossroads Enterprises, LLC. In his 10 years of experience in the industry, Matthew has held positions in the industry as Project Manager, Audio Visual Technician, Video Switcher, Audio Technician, Lighting Technician, Production Manager, Rigger, Event Specialist, Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative.

 

He also is a guitarist of over 16 years, a musical producer, studio engineer and musical arranger. His accomplishments have been recognized in the New Mexico Music market as well as the National Tejano Music Scene. Matthew is also an experienced graphic designer and owns a retail CD store and entertainment booking agency entitled, CR music & entertainment.

Jeremy P. Baca - Audio Engineer/ General Manager
Jeremy is our General Manager who manages our Arizona office. Jeremy obtains prior small business experience, as in 2007, Jeremy founded a company in Arizona entitled, Trade Sound Productions, LLC. Jeremy obtains over 14 years experience in concert and corporate productions. He has worked in Phoenix most of his career with companies such as:
-American Audio-Visual in Scottsdale.
-Sunbelt Scenic Studios out of Tempe
-Genesis Audio Systems out of Tempe
-Enliven Production Group out of Phoenix

As a Freelance Audio Engineer and Project Manager, Jeremy has worked for several years with other companies and venues in and out of Phoenix.

Joy Gutierrez – Partner
Joy is a founding member of Crossroads Enterprises, LLC. Joy obtains a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master's of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix. She is currently enrolled in a M.B.A. program that will be completed in November 2011. 
 

Joy is an active member of the community and has been a member of various organizations including, the Association of Bridal Consultants, the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Academy of Tejano Artists and Musicians, the Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences Texas Chapter a.k.a. the Grammy’s. 
 

 

Joys continued efforts within the community, has provided her with such accomplishments that include the President seat for the New Mexico Hispano Entertainers Association and in June 2009, Governor Richardson appointed her as a Commissioner for the New Mexico Music Commission.

 

Joy is a New Mexican native and has always been around music, events and performing arts since the age of three. Through her accomplishments she has received various awards in multiple states for her vocal talent. Joy is also publisher of New Mexico Event & Wedding Planner Magazine and obtains prior experience in wedding and event planning.
