Phil obtains an extensive resume and years of experience in the audio visual, music and recording industries and is part of our experienced team. His career began at the age of 16, as musician in a local band. From there his career in the music industry evolved to where he has performed as a musical entertainer playing drums, bass guitar and as a vocalist in the local Spanish and Gospel music industries. Phil also began to provide audio services for various functions around town. In addition to his experience as a musician, Phil has been a recording engineer and producer for local artists for 30+ years. Phil expanded his career and began working in the audio visual industry and obtains previous experience as an audio visual director (16+ years) in addition to experience over the entire audio visual operation from set up, tear down, customer service and all the in betweens. Phil's extensive experience of working with various organizations, businesses, and individuals in addition to his professional customer service skills is what has made Phil successful and a valuable asset to the company. Phil is one of the founding members of Crossroads Enterprises, LLC that is the parent company of Heritage Audio Visual.

 Matthew Gutierrez

Matthew is co-founder and partner of Crossroads Enterprises, LLC. In his ten years of experience in the industry, Matthew has held positions as Project Manager, Audio Visual Technician, Video Switcher, Audio Technician, Lighting Technician, Production Manager, Rigger, Event Specialist, Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative.

Matthew is also a guitarist for over 17 years, a musical producer, studio engineer and musical arranger. His accomplishments have been recognized in the New Mexico music market as well as the National Tejano Music Industry. Matthew is also an experienced graphic designer and manages CR music & entertainment a sister company to Heritage Audio Visual.

General Manager
Jeremy P. Baca

Jeremy is the General Manager of our Arizona office. Jeremy obtains prior small business experience as a small business owner of Tradesound Productions, LLC since 2007. Jeremy obtains over 14 years of experience in concert and corporate productions. The vast majority of his experience is from previous work in Arizona with companies such as: Jeremy is the General Manager of our Arizona office. Jeremy obtains prior small business experience as a small business owner of Tradesound Productions, LLC since 2007. Jeremy obtains over 14 years of experience in concert and corporate productions. The vast majority of his experience is from previous work in Arizona with companies such as: American Audio Visual- Scottsdale, AZ; Sunbelt Senic Studios- Tempe, AZ; Genesis Audio Systems- Tempe, AZ and Enliven Production Group, Phoenix, AZ.


As a freelance Audio Engineer and Project Manager, Jeremy has worked for several years with other companies and venues such as:

° Specialized Technical Services

° Various High Schools

° Scottsdale Center for the Arts

° Chandler Center for the Arts

° Dodge Theater

° US Airways Center

° Mesa Amphitheater

Jeremy has held the previous positions in his experience in the Audio Visual Industry:

Sales, Project Manager, Lighting Designer, Video Engineer, Video Switcher, Projectionist, Stage Manager, Audio Engineering, FOH Mixer, Monitor Mixer, General Audio Visual Technician, Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, Production Designer, Technical Support Specialists and Equipment Repair Manager.

Joy Gutierrez

Joy is a founding member of Crossroads Enterprises, LLC. Joy obtains a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix. She is currently enrolled in an M.B.A. program that will be completed in November 2011.

Joy is an active member of the community and has been a member of various organizations including the Association of Bridal Consultants, the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, the Albuquerque Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Academy of Tejano Artists and Musicians, the Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (the Grammys).

Joy’s continued efforts within the community, has provided her with such accomplishments that include the President seat for the New Mexico Hispano Entertainers Association and a seat with the New Mexico Music Commission under the Governor Bill Richardson Administration.

Joy is a native New Mexican and has always been around music, events and performing arts since the age of three. Through her accomplishments she has received various awards in multiple states for her vocal talent. Joy is also the publisher of New Mexico Event & Wedding Planner Magazine, a sister company to Heritage Audio Visual.
